Collection of Personal Information If you choose to register on our Site, you will be asked to provide Personal Information which may include your name, mailing address, e-mail address, and phone number. Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, we do not actively share Personal Information gathered from our web servers. When you register, we will place your name in our mailing list and will send you an e-mail to the address you have provided to confirm your registration on our Site.
Return Policy
All sales are final due to sanitary reasons. We are unable to accept returns on undergarments, absorbent materials, or supplies. Please refer to our sizing chart when placing your order to ensure you receive the correct size as all sales are final and non-refundable.
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 5-7 business days or sooner from the day the order was placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 3-4 days to process your order.
This is just an estimate, though, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.
Billing & shipping address must be the same for orders to be complete. If not, we have the right to refuse any orders, and refund will be given.
We offer USPS Priority Mail to most locations (domestic & internationally). Your shipping cost is displayed at point of
checkout. International orders may be subjected to custom charges by your native country.
The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we stated, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there is issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues. If after several attempts of contacting you, you do not respond, your order will be canceled

All Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE and cannot be disputed with your financial institutions. You must cancel 24 hours before scheduled appointment in order to transfer your deposit to another appointment date. *You are only allowed ONE reschedule before immediate cancellation. *NO CALL, NO SHOWS are not tolerated and will result in immediate cancellation and block from future bookings. *All completed services are NON REFUNDABLE or NON-TRANSFERRABLE. *After 15 mins late your appointment will be cancelled and you must rebook online and pay new deposit. *All packages purchased must be completed within 30 days. This includes ALL PACKAGES & MULTIPLE SESSIONS. No exceptions BY MOVING FORWARD WITH BOOKING, YOU AGREE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND ACCEPT ALL COMPANY POLICIES. Thanks, We look forward to caring for you!
