Our Return and Refund policy:

NO REFUNDS AFTER BOOKING unless canceled  by the surgeon/surgery center due to failing to meet medical clearance. Documented proof must be shown.

All Deposits ARE NON REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL All information given after booking covers your deposit fee. 

Copy of Driver license is due within 24 hours of booking.

Cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours before reservation or $50 fee will be charged

Same day reservations are additional $75 added to service package

Payments can be made by using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, and Zell. No cash payments are accepted.
